Local Coffee is an independently owned and serves locally roasted direct trade coffee. In addition to the supplying a great cup of coffee and snacks—my favorite is the Dark Chocolate Mocha accompanied by whole wheat bagel—you can grab a seat at one of the reclaimed-wood tables, plug-in your laptop and jump on the free wi-fi or just sit and enjoy the latest local art featured on the walls.
You can check out local music on Friday and Saturday nights, or sit and relax on the large outdoor patio while the weather is enjoyable.
The prices are in the same range as the formerly cool, “independent” Starbucks, but the product is far superior.
